Through Pendeza Uganda’s shared sponsorship model, several sponsors may come together to support one child. Contributions are managed according to the child’s assessed needs and Pendeza Uganda’s programme guidelines. Our team also walks alongside the child’s family, recognising that children flourish best within stronger and more stable families.

What Your Sponsorship Makes Possible

Many children have the ability and determination to succeed but face barriers that can interrupt their education and limit their opportunities. According to each child’s assessed needs, sponsorship may contribute towards:

Pendeza Uganda combines child sponsorship with family economic strengthening, mentorship, discipleship, and community partnership. While sponsorship helps meet a child’s educational and developmental needs, our wider programmes equip families to become economically stronger and increasingly self-reliant.

Your Gift Is Stewarded Responsibly

Pendeza Uganda is governed by a Board of Directors and served by an experienced local team. We maintain financial records, monitor programme delivery, and conduct annual audits to promote accountability and responsible stewardship.

Of the funds received:

• 80% supports programmes and service delivery.
• 20% supports essential administration—including safeguarding, monitoring, financial accountability, staff support, communication, and organisational sustainability.

Twenty percent of these funds are allocated to administrative costs, ensuring sustainability.
